Food industry and services are growing. Market demands are increasing. For this reason, a special formula is needed to simultaneously integrate food safety, food quality and halal/lawful food needs. The food safety management system includes Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, and other food safety management systems. In halal matters, the MUI issues HAS 23000 as a guideline for implementation. Other needs can be in the form of advanced knowledge in terms of food allergens management, food additives, food defense, and so on.
